The Product Manager will be responsible for maximizing sales, revenue, market share and profit margins. The primary focus is to drive new product development through market research, to create benefits and value for the customer. Will work with Project Management, Sales and customers to manage the delivery of the product and defining what the feature of the product will be. Through analyzing market and competitive conditions to strike a clear path towards the business value of the product. Lead the marketing for the product which also involves forecasting and profit analysis.
The Estimator is responsible for providing costs associated with a specific project by evaluating schematic and construction drawings and documents. The Estimator is critical in ensuring we know the complexity of a project as well as successfully bid and win a project. The Estimator will work closely with the sales team in providing information to them in a timely comprehensive manner, as well as communicate with the design team to optimize design solutions. At times, the Estimator may need data sheets and CAD images to reinforce the proposal and assist in the closing of a sale.
Using Cadwork, our designers generate drawings of complex undertakings. Using these designs, Sand Creek Post & Beam can establish timelines, budgets, and assist many different departments in making vital decisions about major projects.
Production employee/General Laborer to take up manual labor tasks and support production operations.
Plans and administrates the work of installation personnel under him and works in a broad range of commercial and residential projects. Administrates and supervises the tasks of installation workers and associates in the company. Recruits, instructs and inspires the installation Crew Chiefs and members. Analyzes and examines the progress of projects on site. He sees to it that all installation crews of TTF follow safety rules and regulations of installation.
Revit/Project Manager Assistant
Be responsible for creating Heavy Timber Construction drawings to support our Project Manager/s. You must have strong AutoCAD 2D & 3D capabilities, building construction knowledge, be able to follow directions, and work well with others. Attention to detail is critical.
Duties would include cutting mortise and tenon joints, surfacing and finishing timbers, moving material with the forklift, and traveling to help erect the frames. Construct and repair timber frames/packages, rafters, posts, beams, and trusses.
Assist the Yard Supervisor pull orders and stage them for delivery; assist the loading and unloading lumber and other construction materials from trucks; safely operate a forklift; and keep the yard and warehouse clean and organize. This position works outdoors in all weather conditions with limited coverage.
