Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance, and liaising with inventory teams and management. The buyer will work with staff across departments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand. The Buyer should be analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget. Knowledge of sales and marketing principles is advantageous. Success in this role will be demonstrated by developing and implementing procurement strategies to minimize costs and drive profit margins.
Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for coordinating the post-sale process from the customer acceptance to the final delivery of the project. This includes managing the functions of planning, organizing, and executing the project to ensure the project is delivered on-time and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager (PM) serves as a central contact person and liaison between sales/customer, design, engineering, procurement, projection, leadership, production, logistics, and/or other stakeholders to meet the customer contract.

Architectural Designer
The Architectural Designer is responsible for converting ideas and conceptual sketches into accurate design deliverables for projects pre and post timber sale. The Designer is responsible for developing detailed 3D models with an integrated timber-framed structure that follows post-and-beam, mortise and tenon, or simple joinery standards. As well as prepare architectural documents for functional, residential, and commercial projects. The Designer communicates first-hand with external stakeholders and participates in customer-facing meetings, presents progress in real-time, and prepares material lists for estimation. In this position, you will collaborate with different departments, including Sales, Digital Fabrication, Project Management, Engineering, Estimation, Procurement, and Production.

The Project Manager Assistant (PMA) is responsible for assisting the Project Manger to coordinating the post-sale process from the contract award to the final delivery of the project. This includes managing the functions of planning, organizing, and executing the project to ensure the project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager Assistant serves as support role to the Project Manger to assist with document management, procurement, submittal management, RFI management, change order management, material sample packages, scheduling and other tasks to help ensure a successful project.
Timber Frame Designer / Detailer - CAD
As a Timber Frame Designer/Detailer - CAD, you'll convert big customer ideas into fabrication-ready drawing sets that let every timber frame take shape. Working in AutoCAD and Cadwork-alongside Revit, SketchUp, and related tools-you'll develop clean 2D/3D models, generate takeoffs/cut information that supports sales and estimation, and keep drawing standards, file organization, naming conventions, and revision control tight from concept through release.
