Your responsibilities will include processing purchase orders, negotiating with suppliers, tracking orders, creating and maintaining an inventory, quality assurance, and liaising with inventory teams and management. The buyer will work with staff across departments to forecast the needs of the business and make purchase decisions based on demand. The Buyer should be analytically minded and possess excellent negotiating skills to secure the best prices according to budget.
CNC Machine Operator
The Machine Operator will be responsible for performing various tasks to operate, monitor, troubleshoot and perform preventive maintenance of the CNC heavy timber joinery cutting machine and 4-sided Planer. The Machine Operator will also be responsible for inspecting parts to specifications, calibrating machine, or tool changes as necessary to maintain quality specifications.
The Construction Administrator participates in a variety of project administrative activities such as managing subcontracts, the bidding process, change orders, cost management, and closeouts.
Construction Install Crew
Duties would include performing tasks in all areas and aspects of timber and general framing. The aptitude to work with tools, timbers, and materials are essential along with the capacity to lift and manipulate timbers. Work will include cutting mortise and tenon joints, surfacing and finishing timbers, moving material with the forklift, and traveling to help erect the frames. Construct and repair timber frames/packages, rafters, posts, beams, and trusses.

Revit BIM Commercial Estimator
Looking for Revit expert to help generate rapid models for preconstruction estimation of large commercial timber structures. Work with leading architects, engineers, and contractors on high profile commercial projects throughout the country for universities, museums, sports complexes, offices, etc.
