Colorado Barn
Building Dimensions:
50'x60' Enclosed, 8'x60' Porches
The Timberlyne barn in Colorado is a spacious 50' x 60' structure that beautifully combines functionality with aesthetics. Inside, the barn features an expansive open space showcasing the beauty of post and beam frame, along with ample room for horses. Custom stalls, crafted by the customer’s welding business, Weld Craft, ensure that the horses have a safe and comfortable environment.
The barn includes two distinct porches, each measuring 8' x 60'. One porch provides coverage for five run-out horse stalls, while the other is an open-air deck with a roof, offering a perfect spot for relaxation and enjoyment of the stunning views of the surrounding landscape.
Additionally, the barn has a 26' x 60' interior loft area with a small deck that overlooks the property. The lower level beneath the barn provides valuable garage space, ideal for parking horse trailers and UTVs.
A classic Timberlyne windmill enhances the picturesque property surrounding the barn. Atop the barn, a charming horse weathervane crowns the cupola, adding to the overall appeal of this striking American icon.
