Panoramic Views Retreat

The owners dreamed up this barn as a private retreat and gathering place. Located in Nebraska, this barn features 8x timbers and has a stunning dark interior. Light from the massive windows brings warmth to the wood and allows you to take in the views from every room.

Wood pieces throughout, including the entry table, mantle, hood vent, block and tackle chandelier, bunk beds, copper countertops, and more, were custom-created by Wood Specialties, Inc.

"Once we found Timberlyne, we picked the shape and style of the barn; it's a very traditional shape; you can pick it out as a barn from a mile away. We took the barn as a template and pushed it past what you would typically think of for a barn. We used a modern window line, current technologies, and amenities to create a comfortable and accommodating space. It's not what you would expect from a traditional barn."
