Entertaining in the Heartland
Building Dimensions:
44'x60' Main Floor Enclosed + 10' Wrap Around Porch
This stunning 3,600 sq. ft. party barn in the Midwest combines spaciousness and warmth, making it an ideal venue for gatherings with family and friends. The first floor features an expansive 2,640 sq. ft. open floor plan that includes a dining space and an entertaining area equipped with shuffleboard and a pool table. The barn showcases its beautiful open post and beam structure, enhanced by navy blue accents in the kitchen cabinetry and some accent walls, creating a stylish yet inviting atmosphere.
"We had one of our portable tower cranes on site, which allowed us to assemble the center sections of the bents on the ground and easily swing them into place. The process was quite efficient, resulting in a memorable "wow" moment with the customer. I think the biggest "wow" moment was when the project was complete and furnished...it really turned out beautifully," commented Builder, Elija Cornell of Bob Cornell Construction Company.
Natural light floods the space through large windows on both floors, highlighting its design and making it feel even more welcoming. The second floor features 960 sq. ft. of open loft space with a walkway, providing additional room for socializing, relaxation or storage.
Outside, the barn is equally impressive, adorned with stone accents and rich brown tones. The builder used Woodluxe to give the wood protection and a beautiful color on the exterior. A 1,140 sq. ft. wraparound porch invites guests to enjoy the serene surroundings, including a nearby pond. The barn serves as a perfect storage space for the customer's beautiful wooden kayak.
"I personally love every aspect of this building. The beams, the wraparound porch, the loft area... it all really ties together as one unique structure with endless character. The whole team feels very fortunate to have been a part of such a unique project," said Elija.
This party barn seamlessly combines aesthetic appeal and functionality, making it the perfect venue for hosting memorable events.
