The Gunnar Home Kit is a four-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom cabin that combines contemporary mountain architecture with timeless craftsmanship. This spacious home features an open-concept main living area with soaring ceilings, a dramatic wall of windows, and exposed post and beam construction. A loft expands the living space, while the covered porch creates the perfect setting for outdoor entertaining and relaxing. Ideal as a full-time residence, mountain retreat, or family getaway, the Gunnar is built for lasting performance and energy efficiency, offering the perfect balance of rustic character, modern luxury, and functional design. This home design is based on our popular Gunnar Barn Kit.
