Double L Ranch Barn

The Double L Ranch Barn features post and beam pine construction, creating a warm, authentic framework for spaces designed for gathering, relaxing, and entertaining. The garage sits at the heart of the barn, and the loft bar provides a striking focal point with the homeowner’s impressive bourbon collection.

A large seating area surrounds the fireplace, creating a natural gathering place within the barn. The experience continues outdoors, where a terrace extends the living space and features a fire pit. Designed with entertainment in mind, the terrace can also transform into a stage for live bands, making the barn as well suited for lively gatherings as it is for quiet evenings by the fire.

They also included a studio-like living space that feels both connected to and independent from the rest of the property. The studio includes a living area, bedroom, and loft space, giving it everything needed to function as its own retreat. The inspiration for the interior was open, creative, informal, and distinctly separate from the traditional spaces of the home.

This space was intentionally conceived as its own destination. It offers a different experience, one defined by the scale and character of the barn, the warmth of the post and beam construction, and the flexibility to gather.
